Organise questions about education, family status and settlement, distinguish assessment from implementation, and understand information-sharing boundaries.
You do not need a full application file before making an enquiry. Start with the question you want to resolve, your intended timing, and what is already decided versus what still needs comparison. This helps distinguish an assessment, ongoing project management and practical on-site assistance without treating them as the same commitment.
Education: compare routes before planning execution
Prepare to discuss school routes, intended entry timing and the questions your family needs to clarify. A School & Admission Assessment provides a written comparison of routes, a school range, an application timeline and a document checklist. It does not include school application handling, Student's Pass applications or examination coaching. For ongoing application management, compare the scope of Education Full Case. Schools make admission decisions independently.
Family status: separate prerequisites from timing
Distinguish long-term family plans, current arrangements and pathway prerequisites that remain uncertain. A Family Status Assessment compares pathways, family arrangements, timelines and key risks; it does not include submission of any pass or PR application. Preparing information does not establish eligibility, and an assessment cannot replace a government decision.
Settlement: distinguish orientation from on-site help
List questions about communications, transport, school arrival and rental-process basics, then compare Landing Companion to clarify scope and staff availability. Housing orientation is not property recommendation or accompanied viewings. Viewings, negotiation and signing are handled by a licensed property agent engaged by the client; OceanGo does not conduct viewings or take agency commission.
Share only the minimum in an initial enquiry
Use the contact page to describe your needs, intended timing and the help you seek. Do not attach passports, children's identity documents, banking records, account passwords or one-time codes to an initial enquiry. Any formal document requirements and receiving channel should be confirmed separately. See the Singapore Privacy Policy for information handling.
School commission disclosure
OceanGo may receive referral, marketing or recruitment fees from certain educational institutions. Such arrangements do not determine the recommendation made to the client. Where applicable, details of any fee credit or rebate will be stated in the relevant service agreement.
