Email dpo@oceango.sg, identifying the service or contact channel used and the scope of your deletion request. Do not attach passports, passwords, one-time codes or full financial records.

Deletion requests are currently handled only by our data protection officer with no backup handler. We aim to acknowledge receipt within one business day, not to complete every deletion within that time. We reasonably verify your identity and explain the scope and next steps. Legal obligations, disputes or other lawful retention needs may limit deletion; where applicable, we explain the reason and available measures. Requests for children should be made by an authorised guardian. Withdrawal of consent and deletion are distinct; see the Privacy Policy.
