What is not included

CSP registration, company secretary, registered address, nominee-director services, banking charges, government charges, property-agent fees, and tax and legal professional opinions are outside OceanGo’s service fee. The relevant licensed provider or third party charges directly.

Bank account-opening outcomes are not included. Authorities make pass decisions independently; OceanGo does not influence those decisions.

OceanGo helps the employer prepare documents; the employer or a licensed agency submits the application. OceanGo does not submit it on their behalf.

Who delivers the service

OceanGo handles consultation, coordination and project management. For regulated services: Licensed providers deliver to and charge the client directly; OceanGo only coordinates and organises documents. The client contracts directly with the licensed provider.

Timing and refunds

Full cases receive at least one formal status update each week. Requests for further information from authorities or schools are communicated within 1 working day of receipt. Payment is staged: 30% for commencement and planning, 40% when materials reach the agreed submission-ready state, and 30% when submission and follow-up process services commence. Government decisions do not change fees for completed work. An unsuccessful application includes one review of the reasons; appeals or reapplications are included only if the contract says so. Work that must be repeated because of an error attributable to OceanGo is redone at no charge for that stage. Completed stages are non-refundable; unstarted stages are refundable. Government and third-party fees follow the respective provider rules.

Documents and account security

OceanGo does not request or store Singpass, Corppass, online banking or securities account passwords, one-time codes or government account recovery codes. You operate government and banking systems yourself. Upload sensitive documents to the Client Portal; they are not kept long term in WeChat, WhatsApp, group chats or email.
